OUR BOATS

MV STARDUST

The original boat of our fleet, operating our Original Sea Eagle Wildlife Trip. She has been part of our fleet since Stardust Boat Trips began back in 1998. She is a monohull, 3 meters wide by 10 meters long, and an excellent and comfortable sea boat.

MV STARDUST II

Stardust II was added to our fleet in 2014 and is one of the three boats that operates our Skye and Raasay Sea Eagle & Wildlife Cruise, and our Isle of Rona Whale Trail. This catamaran offers a fly-bridge as well as a comfortable and spacious seating area on the deck, and she can provide some stunning views and photo opportunities, as well as a safe, smooth and comfortable trip.

This boat is wheelchair accessible.

WAVEDANCER

Wavedancer was added to our fleet in 2022. She is also a catamaran also operates our Skye and Raasay Sea Eagle & Wildlife Cruise and our Isle of Rona Whale Trail. This boat offers a viewing platform up forward, which is an excellent vantage point for dolphin-spotting and taking in some of Skye’s spectacular scenery. There is also a comfortable and spacious seating area on the main deck.

This boat is wheelchair accessible.

SAORSA NA MARA

Our most recent addition to the fleet in 2024, Saorsa na Mara (Gàidhlig for ‘Freedom of the Seas’) in a 42ft Interceptor Monohull, equipped with a very large deck space, which allows for plenty of moving around to get some great photos of the stunning wildlife and scenery. She is one of three boats that operates our Skye and Raasay Sea Eagle & Wildlife Experience and our Isle of Rona Whale Trail. This boat is wheelchair accessible.
